Alignerr is seeking AI Training Specialists to perform structured evaluation tasks remotely. This hourly contract role offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and requires sharp attention to detail, strong written English, and the ability to follow guidelines precisely.

You will label, rate, and evaluate AI outputs across text, image, and audio, providing clear feedback and maintaining high accuracy. No prior AI experience is required.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to a wide range of backgrounds. No prior AI or technical experience required — just a sharp eye, a methodical mindset, and the ability to follow clear guidelines.

What You'll Do

Who You Are

• Detail-oriented and able to follow structured instructions precisely
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own workload remotely
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
• Curious, consistent, and committed to quality
• No prior AI, technical, or data labeling experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in quality assurance, research, editing, or content review
• Familiarity with AI tools or evaluation workflows
• Background in writing, analysis, or any detail-intensive field
