Nuvnext in Guadalajara is seeking a training facilitator to deliver in-person AI training at client sites. You will run sessions using our presentation platform, tailor exercises to each team’s real work, and ensure practical outcomes beyond slides.

You will measure what participants learned, gather feedback, and iteratively improve the material based on how sessions unfold, working directly with founders and ensuring usage over time.

Qualifications

• Must have taught adults in person.
• Able to demonstrate daily use of AI in work.
• Can read a room and adjust on the fly.
• Explain concepts clearly without jargon.

Responsabilités

You teach Nuvnext's AI training to company teams: in person, in their room, with no recording and no video call. You teach people to really use AI in their work, not to watch slides.

The role

• Lead in-person sessions with Nuvnext's presentation platform.
• Adapt exercises to each team's real work.
• Measure what the group learned and what they use afterwards.
• Improve the material with what happens in each session.

Your first 90 days

• Day 30

  You learn the material and sit in on sessions.

• Day 60

  You lead sessions with the team's support.

• Day 90

  You lead full groups and improve the material.

Must have

• You have taught adults in person.
• You use AI every day in your work and can show it.
• You read a room and adjust on the fly.
• You explain without jargon.

Nice to have

• Experience in large companies.
• Some programming.
• Workshop facilitation.
