Amazon Mexico is seeking an intellectually curious Talent Solutions Intern for the LATAM Software Developer Engineer recruiting team. You will develop AI-powered tools to enhance the sourcing lifecycle, from candidate identification to pipeline delivery.

The internship runs 6 hours per day (30 hours/week) for 12 months, at our CDMX office, from Sep 2026 to Sep 2027. You will work with cross-functional teams to validate pain points and scale solutions.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree with graduation between 2024 and 2027.
• Experience with AI/LLM tools and prompt engineering; basic Python scripting.
• Written and verbal English communication; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, test, and refine AI prompts and tools to support sourcing workflows.
• Analyze sourcing methods and streamline workflows to reduce friction.
• Use funnel metrics and pipeline data to measure tool effectiveness.
• Develop AI-assisted candidate outreach and engagement messaging.
• Collaborate with Sourcers, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers; present findings.
