AI Platform Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll design, build, and operate an Internal Developer Platform focused on generative AI, creating golden paths and reusable blueprints that allow teams to build, deploy, and manage AI-powered services securely and efficiently. With a strong product mindset over a traditional SRE approach, you'll develop a self-service platform that abstracts away the complexity of AI infrastructure, standardizes access to LLMs, and accelerates the delivery of AI features into production. What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Deep knowledge of platform engineering principles including golden paths and blueprints.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong product mindset with a focus on developer enablement over traditional SRE approaches.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
