Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an AI Integration Engineer to build and ship our internal automation roadmap. This is a builder role focused on production systems atop AI models, not model training. You will work with engineering and delivery leadership to turn documented automation roadmaps into shipped, working systems.

Ideal candidates have built things with LLMs and can demonstrate concrete projects. The role is remote across Latin America and South Africa, with collaboration for a US-based

Competenze

• 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar agent frameworks.
• Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use, streaming).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and basic cloud deployment.
• English sufficient for async written work with a US-based team.

• Build agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent frameworks.

Blacksmith Agency is building an AI automation layer into every part of how we work. As AI Integration Engineer at Blacksmith, you own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This is a builder role, not a research role. You will not be training models, you will be building production systems on top of them.

What You Will Build

• Agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent frameworks.
