Dana Incorporated is seeking an Analytics Engineer in Querétaro to design and maintain data foundations powering analytics, AI insights, and reporting across the global supply chain.

You will transform raw data into well-modeled datasets to improve forecast accuracy, optimize material flow, and enable automated analytics at scale. Expect collaboration with planners, MP&L, and finance to drive actionable insights.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CPIM/CSCP preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, logistics, operations research, or analytics.
• Power BI proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on cost, working capital, and optimization.
• Experience with AI concepts, predictive modeling, or statistical analysis desirable.
• SAP MM/PP experience; familiarity with MRP logic, BOM structures, inventory transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain SQL-based data models and transformations with dbt.
• Develop scalable data pipelines integrating SAP and logistics systems.
• Implement data quality tests, documentation, and version control.
• Ensure governance across data domains like inventory, demand, and supply.
• Build AI-driven forecasting and predictive analytics models.
• Create real-time dashboards and exception reports for visibility.
