Colgate-Palmolive in Mexico City seeks a scientist to assist in formula development for global Fabric Care products. You will evaluate stability and ingredient properties, communicate results across functions, and help modernize methods to improve lab capabilities. A cross-functional team environment includes R&D, marketing, and supply chain.

The role emphasizes advanced English, collaboration, and the use of digital tools to accelerate development and ensure product performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in the specified fields.
• Master and/or PhD in the specified fields.
• 2+ years of recent laboratory experience or in the R&D area.
• Experience working with cross-functional or multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Assist in formula development of Fabric Care products that are commercialized globally.
• Evaluate stability, micro-robustness, and ingredient properties; communicate results.
• Assist with development/modernization of new methodologies for lab capabilities.
• Participate in cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, supply chain).
• Integrate digital tools (AI) to accelerate formula development activities.
