A global staffing agency is searching for an experienced Executive Assistant with strong AI and automation skills to provide support for personal and professional initiatives. This flexible full-time role focuses on integrating AI into decision-making and supporting digital transformation in the energy sector. Ideal candidates will possess experience with AI tools, automation platforms like Make or Zapier, and have excellent English communication skills. Preference is for candidates based in Mexico or LatAm.

Formación

• Experience in executive or project support roles.
• Ability to create AI-driven workflows and automations.
• Strong written communication skills and comfort with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Use AI tools for research and insight generation.
• Support creation of AI-driven projects.
• Organize information and prepare documentation.
• Manage tasks proactively and present recommendations.

Conocimientos

Experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Assistant

Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)

Ability to build automations using Make, n8n, or Zapier

Excellent written communication skills in English
