• Experience in data architecture with hands-on analytics knowledge.
• 3-5 years senior data engineering with 2+ years in data architecture.
• Experience with modern data platforms, governance architectures, and data products.
• Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Practical understanding of metadata, data quality, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs to accelerate technical analysis and data work.
• Ability to work with AI coding assistants and agentic workflows.
• Strong communication skills for explaining architecture to technical and business stakeholders.
