Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Compliance & Risk Operations Specialist to strengthen governance, audit readiness, and data-driven compliance across our Mexico City operations. This hybrid role partners with Legal, Data Privacy, and IT to improve processes and reporting.

The candidate will develop Power BI dashboards, analyze data, and explore AI-enabled automation to enhance monitoring and operational effectiveness within a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in compliance, risk management, or data analytics.
• Experience supporting audit-readiness activities in regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of US compliance requirements and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for compliance and audit-readiness activities.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for compliance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data analytics to improve monitoring and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and collaborate with Legal, Data Privacy, and IT teams.
