Slalom is seeking a Data Architect to join our Data Architecture & Engineering team in Monterrey. You will design scalable cloud data architectures and stay hands-on with data pipelines, platform development, and delivery alongside cross-functional teams.

You’ll work within AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud ecosystems, guiding technical decisions and collaborating with clients to translate business needs into robust data engineering solutions. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Proven hands-on experience delivering production-grade data solutions.
• Strong background in designing scalable data platforms for cloud environments.
• Experience with modern cloud data ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ability to translate business needs into data architecture and engineering solutions.
• Experience guiding technical decisions from design through implementation.
• Proven leadership in mentoring data engineers and architects.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve data architectures for client environments with scalable solutions.
• Contribute hands-on to building and deploying data pipelines and platforms.
• Balance architectural ownership with active delivery and coding.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Lead and contribute to solution design and early-stage technical discovery.
