We're looking for a product-focused AI Engineer who combines strong engineering fundamentals with a passion for building real-world, user-facing AI products.

You'll play a key role in designing and implementing AI workflows and agents that power intelligent features across our platform.

This is a hands‑on role that blends product thinking with deep technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI workflows and agent‑based systems
• Work with LLMs (e.g. OpenAI), including prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and evaluation
• Deep understanding and strong experience with LLM and NLP models
• Build features involving document processing, recommendation engines, voice‑to‑text, and text‑to‑voice integrations
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate user needs into functional AI systems
• Develop and deploy services using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and vector databases
• Leverage RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) pipelines for smart content generation
• Integrate and orchestrate AI workflows using platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Vellum
• Monitor performance and continuously improve AI systems based on user feedback and behavior
• Design, refine, and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve accuracy and performance of LLM outputs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑time experience in software development
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in AI / ML development
• Strong experience with LLMs and OpenAI models
• Proficiency with Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and vector databases
• Experience building and deploying recommendation systems, document AI, and voice integrations
• Proven ability to design and scale AI workflows and agent‑based architectures
• Familiarity with AI orchestration tools like n8n, Zapier, or Vellum
• Strong product thinking and ability to translate user needs into AI solutions
• Hands‑on experience with prompt engineering for LLMs, including testing and optimization techniques
