Rockwell Automation is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Full Stack Developer for a hybrid role in Monterrey area. You will design and implement complex AEM components, templates, and workflows, integrate with enterprise systems via RESTful APIs, and ensure performance and security across digital projects.

• Degree in computer science or related field is required.
• 6+ years hands-on AEM development (AEM 6.5) experience.
• DevOps experience (Jenkins, Artifactory, Git, Adobe Cloud Manager).
• Proficiency in ReactJS and CSS for UI components.
• Experience integrating data with MuleSoft and Salesforce.
• AEM architecture, Sites, Assets, Dynamic Media, and related tools.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Full Stack Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your expertise in front-end and back-end development will help deliver high-quality and engaging digital experiences to our users.

Activities:

Design and implement custom components, templates, workflows, and multi-site management including translation framework and integrations using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support multiple digital projects.

Implement server-side logic, content repositories, and application logic using technologies such as Java, Apache Sling, CRX, JCR and OSGi in the AEM framework.

Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using RESTful APIs, JSON, and other web services.

Resolve performance bottlenecks in AEM applications to ensure website performance and page load times.

Implement and follow best practices for securing AEM applications, preventing vulnerabilities, and ensuring data privacy and compliance.

Collaborate with content authors and editors to define content structures, templates, and workflows that increase content creation and publishing processes.

Conduct testing of AEM applications to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to AEM applications, ensuring resolution of problems.

Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation related to AEM projects, codebases, and configurations.

Work with multiple teams, including UX/UI designers, front-end developers, back-end developers, product owners and project managers to deliver successful projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in AEM development, with at least 6+ years of hands‑on experience in AEM 6.5.

Experience of DevOps (Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Git, Adobe Cloud Manager).

Proficiency in development and customization of user interface components using ReactJS and CSS.

Experience integrating data and systems using MuleSoft and Salesforce.

Experience with AEM architecture, components, templates, and workflows. Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Dynamic Media and AEM guides, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Forms.

Familiarity with integrating AEM with third‑party systems and APIs.

AEM Developer Certification, but not mandatory.
