EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Advent Geneva Developer to lead Geneva reporting, configuration, and production support for FP&A within a finance environment. You will design robust solutions, align FP&A needs with investment workflows, and coordinate data integrations to ensure reliable outputs.

You will also build SQL scripts for reporting and data quality checks and guide teammates in a lead capacity while maintaining thorough documentation and governance.

Formación

• 5+ years of Advent Geneva hands-on experience including RSL/RDL development, configuration, customization, and support.
• Proven leadership experience guiding technical delivery and supporting teammates in a lead capacity.
• Strong investment management and asset management domain knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Advent Geneva development across RSL/RDL reporting, configuration, customization, and production support.
• Design robust solutions aligning FP&A needs with investment and asset management workflows.
• Coordinate integrations with upstream and downstream systems to maintain reliable data flows.
• Troubleshoot trade lifecycle issues and document configurations and support procedures.
