As an Advanced Mfg Engineer Sr Adv here at Honeywell, you will lead a team responsible for optimizing manufacturing operations and driving operational excellence. You will develop and oversee the implementation of efficient manufacturing processes, process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by enhancing productivity, improving product quality, and driving cost efficiencies. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality
• Lead and manage process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, quality, and supply chain, to drive successful product launches.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational goals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Proven track record of driving process improvementsWork experience of NPI processes and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross‐functional teams
