Formación

Responsibilities
  • Oversee administrative activities and ensure seamless operations within the department
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and send out invites to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation, including tracking action items and deadlines
  • Support team members with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs
  • Facilitate communication between departments and with external partners
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other required documentation
  • Maintain an organized filing system and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction or engineering environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
