Administration and Business Support Analyst

We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Administration and Business Support Analyst. Role Purpose

This role is responsible for executing accounting processes, preparing financial reports, managing and controlling evidence that guarantees the correct deductibility of expenses in CIB Core Banking LAM, and providing support and developing tools that maintain the opportunity and quality of financial information. Generate analyses that identify risks and opportunities in expenditure management and maintain correct financial control of accounting account balances in accordance with current accounting and regulatory standards. Monitor the correct execution of spending for each line of business, guaranteeing the stability of figures and generating tools and controls that allow predictability for financial forecasts. Provide analysis that allows understanding in detail the financial results for internal and external customers.

Main Activities
  • Evaluate, analyse and process accounting management information related to Global Contracts/ with internal service providers, monitor their performance and ensure that established budget levels are respected, as well as report risks and opportunities for proper decision-making.
  • Ensure the reliability of financial information, generating reports (service costs, licenses, specialised services, new positions or replacements, Clarity, headcount), with the use of dynamic tables.
  • Analyse the results of the end of the month, forecast and target for the different forums where the information is presented.
  • Generate TPS (Third Party Spend) and track it.
  • Generate monthly billing.
  • Be responsible for the correct delivery of evidence of work from service providers.
  • Act as point of contact for requests of new positions, replacements and follow‑up of LAM region positions with global teams.
  • Prepare minutes of different sessions with agreements between main LOBs and global teams.
  • Support on budget issues, prepare SOW (Scope of Work) for contracting specialised or maintenance services, generate TPS headwinds information, and manage Pioneer allocation.
  • Review rechargers to the area cost centre and BCG (Central Expense Base) monthly.
  • Support review of charges in GPDM (Group Planning Data Model) of the budget assigned by Q and billing of the BP (Billable Product) assigned to the area.
  • Support organising sessions (closing Q, Town Hall, etc.).
  • Work with external service providers to manage or evaluate their provision, monitor performance and ensure SLOs are honoured.
  • Maintain stakeholder relations, customer‑focused, clear communications, decision making.
  • Exhibit high level of analysis, leading negotiation, good interpersonal relationships, creativity and problem solving, and work in diverse and multicultural teams.
