The Associate Director, Value Realization is responsible for ensuring strategic transformation initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable business outcomes. This role partners closely with Engine Leads, Finance, business stakeholders, Delivery teams, and Transformation leaders to establish value frameworks, validate benefits, and provide transparency into realized impact. The successful candidate will help ensure business investments translate into meaningful financial and operational results while driving a culture of accountability and value-based decision-making.
