Are you a highly motivated and disciplined professional looking to launch your career in sales and team building? Fusion Growth Partners, one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., is seeking a remote Acquisition Associate to join our expanding team.

We are a company based in the United States and this is a cold-call lead generation role. Your mission is to qualify potential clients and schedule meetings for our sales team. This is a critical, entry-level position where you will be the first point of contact for new business, and your performance will directly impact our growth.

Your Mission

Qualify and Schedule Meetings

Your day-to-day will be straightforward and focused:

Targeted Outreach

You will be provided with qualified leads to contact.

Initial Engagement

You will cold call potential clients, explaining our unique value proposition and investment model using our provided script.

Appointment Setting

Your primary goal is to book meetings with qualified leads for one of our Executives to present the full opportunity.

Compensation & Career Path

We believe in rewarding performance directly. This is a contract position with a competitive hourly base rate of $7 per hour USD and generous bonuses for every meeting that is held, up to an extra $2,000 USD. Our top-performing Acquisition Associates consistently earn more than $60,000 annually, with a clear path to even higher earnings. For individuals who consistently meet and exceed their goals, there is a direct career path to a Senior Acquisition Associate role, with the potential to earn $150,000 or more annually based on personal team performance.
