A logistics company in Puebla, Mexico, is seeking an Accounts Receivables Specialist. This full-time position involves creating driver settlements, resolving accounts receivable issues, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and experience with invoicing and billings. The work environment is energetic, with Monday to Friday hours. Job Description

This role is responsible for creating driver settlements, resolving accounts receivable related issues, answering drivers’ questions and concerns. The Accounts Receivables Specialist will collect accurate data, create settlements, communicate with employees and keep track of missing paperwork, bonuses, deductions, etc.

This role will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships to ensure excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work on aging reports (calling/emailing customers)
  • Analyze receivables and problem‑solve
  • Check invoice status for the billing processes
  • Coordinate with the supervisor in a timely manner with any issues
  • Call drivers for missing paperwork
Knowledge and Skills Required
  • Multitasking, proactiveness, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance is a big plus
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures
  • Experience in invoicing & billings
  • Solid data entry skills (speed and accuracy)
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work in a fast‑paced office setting
  • Organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
