Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chihuahua, CHH, for an Accounts Receivable Analyst. We areseekinga detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance team, specializing in customer payment process. This role willbe responsible forsupporting month-endcloseactivities,maintainingAccounts Receivable records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.

• Monitor / improve Accounts Receivable Aging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, ora relatedfield.
• Experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on Accounts Receivable (desired).
• Working knowledge of Customer Service.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial consolidation reporting systems (desired).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
