Epicor is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Monterrey to execute AP processes, validate invoices, and maintain accurate vendor records. You will match invoices to POs and contracts, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end close.

The role requires Excel proficiency, strong problem-solving, and attention to detail in a hybrid work environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of relevant experience, a related bachelor's degree, and exposure to ERP/finance systems.

Responsabilidades

• Execute accounts payable processes accurately and on time.
• Review, validate and process vendor invoices and payment requests within SLAs.
• Match invoices to POs, receipts, contracts and supporting docs; resolve discrepancies.
• Input data accurately into the system and respond to inquiries about invoice status and payments.
• Maintain vendor master data and supporting records; comply with policies and controls.
• Support month-end/year-end close activities, accrue costs, reconcile, and assist with audits.

What you will be doing:

• Execute the accounts payable process accurately and in time.
• Review, validate and process vendor invoices & payment requests accurately and within established service-level timelines.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, receipts, contracts, and supporting documentation, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Ensure timely input of data into the system.
• Respond to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries regarding invoice status, payment timing, account balances, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and supporting records in accordance with company policies, tax requirements, and internal controls.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, reporting, audit requests, and outstanding invoice reviews.
• Ensure adherence to authorized signature list approvals and purchasing cycle policies.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.

• 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
