A leading global services company in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, seeks an Account Payable Analyst to manage vendor-related inquiries and execute payments. You will handle PCard transactions, invoice uploads, and statement reconciliations, requiring 3-4 years of accounts payable experience and a Bachelor’s Degree. A strong command of English and proficiency in Excel are essential for success in this hybrid role that demands attention to detail, organizational skills, and collaborative problem-solving abilities.

Formación

  • 3-4 years of accounts payable experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

  • Execute PCard payments and upload invoices in local systems.
  • Reconcile statements for suppliers with past due balances.

Purpose of the Job

The Account Payable Analyst is responsible for all vendor related follow-ups related to AP (Payment Inquires, Vendor Service Fee disputes, provide remittance information, statement reconciliation, etc.) in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for executing PCard payments for Central Operations and others that involve customer jobs including uploading invoice on job in local system, executing payment and filling out Concur expense report).
  • Responsible for uploading invoices to local system (non-credit card related) when supplier portal issues arise, working with vendor AR on inquiries, etc.
  • Statement reconciliation for suppliers that have past due balances.
  • Managing and processing overhead spend
Knowledge, Skills+Experience
  • 3-4 years of accounts payable experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economic.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to communicate across many organizational levels.
  • Strong background in Microsoft Office – Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Basic SAP knowledge.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask required.
  • Must possess a high energy and sense of urgency.
  • Able to work closely with other team members in various regions.
  • Outside the box, problem solving skills.
