Mission

Ensure the delivery of quality Reporting Accounting services to entities within the scope of USA and Canada, while continuously improving processes and tools for greater efficiency.

The ideal candidate has :
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Desirable: additional coursework or certification in IFRS accounting standards or financial analysis.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Experience in financial reporting, audits, general ledger activities and account reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems such as M3, AS400 or similar ERP platforms.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and standards.
  • Understanding of corporate finance concepts, including financial analysis and planning.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with financial data and reports.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

Your responsibilities will be :
  • Entering financial data, maintaining accurate records, and working with other areas to ensure financial information is complete.
  • Bank reconciliations, analysis of key accounts, fixed-asset control and assistance with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Preparing monthly reporting packages: sales, gross profit, balance sheet, income statement, etc.
  • Monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with company accounting policies.
  • Achieving compliance with corporate accounting policies and controls by working with business partners.
  • Supporting the implementation of improvements to processes and tools within the Accounting to Reporting domain.
  • Contributing to excellent communication flow with stakeholders and relevant parts of the global organization.
