Caterpillar is seeking a Finance Leader to oversee US GAAP financial closing, reporting, and advisory support. You will supervise a 5-person accounting team, review journals, reconciliations, and complex lease and fixed asset calculations.

The role emphasizes process improvement and cross-functional collaboration across departments. The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting (Master's preferred), strong English and MS Office skills, and willingness to travel to Nuevo Laredo/Nuevo León.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; working knowledge in financial reporting.
• Experience supervising an accounting team and ensuring US GAAP compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 5 in financial closing and reporting per US GAAP.
• Review journal entries and account reconciliations; explain variances YoY and MoM.
• Oversee currency revaluation, lease accounting, and fixed assets processes.
• Provide accounting advisory and support to other departments; drive process improvements.
• Support system implementations and ad hoc reporting for stakeholders.
• Ensure timely, accurate information to internal and external customers.
