This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Key responsibilities include managing monthly accounting records, reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. About the role

As a member of our Accounting team, you will participate in a wide range of accounting activities, including month‑end journal entries, bank reconciliations, detailed reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, as well as assisting in the preparation and execution of month‑end schedules and financial reports.

What you'll be doing at albo
  • Monthly accounting record of expenses, reclassifications, daily income record to know the financial situation of the company.
  • Monthly bank account reconciliations.
  • Monitor Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss accounts with appropriate recording in order to provide reconciled balances.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for all financial metrics.
  • Communicate with intercompany entities to reconcile balances.
  • Manage intercompany billing for services, fixed assets, commissions, and interests.
  • Oversee electronic invoicing processes.
  • Prepare working papers for monthly and annual tax returns.
  • Provide auxiliary reports for internal and external audits.
  • Build and submit regulatory reports to CNBV and Banxico in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Address requirements and audits from SAT.
About you and what type of skills you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Public Accountant).
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong accounting background with extensive experience in general ledger management.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in billing systems, including PACs (Authorized Certification Providers).
  • Solid understanding and hands‑on experience with CNBV and Banxico reporting requirements.
  • Experience handling SAT requirements and audits.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
