Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking an accounting internship in Mexico for a currently enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. You will assist with invoicing, recording supplier invoices, and supporting the Controlling department in daily tasks.

The role requires Excel proficiency, intermediate English, and the ability to attend evening classes. You will gain hands-on experience across accounts payable, reporting, and tax compliance while receiving a stipend and life insurance

Formación

• Active student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Public Accounting preferred), with evening class availability.
• At least one year remaining before graduation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Intermediate English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Send invoices to customers via email and customer portals.
• Follow up on invoicing issues, including invoice resubmissions and administrative re-invoicing.
• Record supplier invoices in the accounting system, including customs broker entries, professional fees, and expenses.
• Review trial balances, monitor investments, and generate fixed asset and inventory reports.
• Support tax compliance requirements and manage document vault records.
• Provide general support to the Controlling department in various activities.
