Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in climate solutions, seeks a Manager, Accounting & Controllership to lead critical financial reporting and drive internal controls. You will oversee month-end close, revenue recognition, and balance sheet analysis, coordinating with partners and remote staff to deliver accurate US GAAP reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Experience with HFM, BlackLine, and banking software.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and capitalization accounting.
• Strong understanding of statutory reporting and US GAAP requirements.
• Experience supporting financial reporting, controllership, and compliance activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Review and submit financial data for Corporate Reporting and CF IN initiatives.
• Review and approve revenue recognition calculations and related accounting entries.
• Review and approve monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Serve as primary contact for statutory filings and US GAAP requirements.
• Perform balance sheet fluctuation analysis and maintain internal controls.
• Create and maintain accounting standard work documentation.
• Provide accounting guidance to business partners and field teams.
• Manage and develop a small team, including remote employees.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements.
