About the Role:
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers
- Manage quoting, contract execution, and renewal forecasting
- Identify and execute low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Respond to inbound commercial inquiries and route complex opportunities appropriately
- Partner with CSMs to align renewal timing with customer value realization
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure smooth processing of commercial transactions
Daily Activities
- Renewal Management: Drive timely and accurate renewals by managing quotes, contracts, and customer communications, ensuring a seamless experience
- Commercial Execution: Handle inbound commercial requests, identify small-scale upsell opportunities, and support pricing discussions in collaboration with CSMs & Sales
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CSMs, Sales, Finance, and Legal to align on customer strategy, pricing, and contract terms
- Data & Forecasting: Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, update CRM records, and ensure visibility into commercial performance
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers to confirm renewal intent, clarify terms, and ensure commercial alignment with their evolving needs
Key Metrics
- Renewal & Retention: Percentage of contracts successfully renewed and customers retained within assigned accounts
- Cross-Sales & Upsells: Revenue generated from low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities identified and executed through the renewal process
About You
You’re a fit for the role if your background includes the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or relevant experience
- 2+ years in account management, renewals, inside sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment
- Advanced English proficiency both written and oral

- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
Compensation
Base salary + variable commissions based on performance metrics. Premium benefits.
