Formación

  • Fluency in Chinese and proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Position Overview

Serve large and medium‑sized corporate clients per corporate sales plans.

Develop and maintain client relationships, deliver B2B solutions and integrated services, and collaborate internally to streamline online purchasing and post‑sales processes.

Understand market demands, meet performance and client development targets, advance e‑commerce procurement, improve satisfaction and loyalty, and ensure accounts receivable collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Client Acquisition & Performance: Drive sales for Fortune 500, listed, state‑owned, and central enterprises. Execute plans to meet performance and client acquisition goals, expanding business reach.
  • Strategy Execution: Finalize contracts with enterprise clients, design and implement sales/service plans, and deliver integrated solutions to meet procurement needs.
  • Opportunity Identification & Operations: Identify business opportunities, lead client operations, optimize processes, and create marketing scenarios to enhance customer experience.
  • Market Feedback & Coordination: Gather market/client insights, share industry intelligence, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline online purchases, payments, and after‑sales support.
  • Financial & Relationship Stewardship: Manage receivables, provide consistent after‑sales service, and deepen client relationships to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
