A logistics technology company based in Monterrey, NL, Mexico, is seeking a Sales Executive to sell new business deals to freight brokerages. The ideal candidate should have bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar closing role and freight brokerage experience. You'll build relationships with prospects, manage a pipeline in HubSpot, and provide customer feedback to improve services. About the role

In this role you will be responsible for selling new business deals to prospects in the freight brokerage space. Accelerating new business is a key part of Cargado's growth trajectory and helps to advance our marketplace.

You will build meaningful relationships with our prospects, understand their business needs as it applies to cross-border freight and sell quality deals for those prospects where there is a great mutual fit.

You will make a huge impact on not only our customers' business but on Cargado building out our new business motion for scale. This role will be located in Monterrey, NL, Mexico.

What you'll do
  • Build your own pipeline of freight brokerages based in Mexico, build relationships with these prospects to close deals
  • Spend most of your time running calls/demos with prospects with the goal of closing the ones who are a mutually good fit
  • Keep an organized sales process including HubSpot hygiene, pipeline management and forecasting
  • Serve as the "voice of the customer" and provide feedback to product and engineering teams on how we can better serve our customers
  • Travel as needed to meet with prospects, customers, and attend industry conferences
About you
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency required
  • 2+ years of experience in a new business closing role
  • 2+ years of freight brokerage experience is required
  • Demonstrated success in out-bound prospecting, running an organized sales process and closing quality deals
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving environment and adaptable to change
  • Cross-border Mexico freight experience a plus
  • Experience at an enterprise SaaS startup would be a plus
