Job Summary

We’re hiring skilled Account Executives (AEs) to join our network of top-tier sales talent across LATAM. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and driving revenue. You’ll work directly with clients in English-speaking markets (primarily the US and UK), using proven sales processes and tools to consistently hit quota.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, demo, negotiate, and close deals with SMB and mid-market clients
  • Collaborate with SDRs or lead-gen teams to convert qualified leads
  • Build relationships with prospects through consultative selling and tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to optimize GTM strategy
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role (SDR, AE, BDM, or similar)
  • Proven ability to close deals in B2B environments (SaaS experience is a big plus)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiar with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Experience selling into US, UK, or global markets preferred
