About the Role

We’re looking for a results-oriented Account Executive to lead our outbound sales efforts and manage first-touch interactions with potential clients. You'll be responsible for sourcing and prequalifying leads, writing high-impact proposals, booking and running discovery calls, and helping close deals. You'll also collaborate directly with the CEO, manage our CRM, and contribute to shaping our overall sales strategy. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is deeply motivated by growth and results.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales
  • Actively identify and qualify high-potential leads
  • Write and send tailored, high-converting proposals
  • Schedule and run discovery calls with prospective clients
  • Present our services clearly and persuasively
  • Follow up effectively and help close deals
CRM & Pipeline Management
  • Keep our CRM up to date with detailed notes, stages, and next steps
  • Track leads through each pipeline stage to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Analyze performance and report on lead quality, conversion rates, and opportunities for improvement
Collaboration & Growth
  • Work closely with the CEO to align on sales priorities and strategy
  • Share insights from calls to refine positioning and messaging
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation efforts
  • Continuously improve the sales process to drive efficiency and result
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management
  • Strong track record working with U.S.-based clients
  • Proven experience in an agency or consulting environment selling IT services or solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Based in Mexico (bonus if you’ve studied or worked in the U.S. or Canada)
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident leading sales calls and handling objections
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles such as lead generation, PPC, and funnels
  • Comfortable using tools like ClickUp, Notion, Slack, and CRMs
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, moves fast, and is motivated by hitting targets
