In this remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for our diverse clients, ensuring their smooth entry into the US market and continued compliance. You will proactively solve day-to-day operational challenges, drive client satisfaction, and ensure all services are delivered efficiently and on time. A key aspect of this role involves sales and retention of current customers, where you will actively engage with existing clients, identify opportunities to upsell additional services and compliance solutions, and foster long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the service delivery process, ensuring clear, proactive, and timely communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Billing, Accounting, Taxes) to ensure cohesive and smooth service delivery.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with businesses, understanding their goals, history, and evolving needs.
  • Oversee and manage the company incorporation process for clients.
  • Monitor and track crucial compliance deadlines (e.g., annual reports, federal reports) to minimize penalties.
  • Advise clients on regulatory changes and ensure appropriate actions to maintain compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of incorporation and compliance documents, ensuring filings meet regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate periodic check‑in meetings with clients.
  • Facilitate the introduction of the Tax Accountant responsible for preparing the Corporate Income Tax Return.
  • Engage with current clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to upsell additional solutions and compliance services.
  • Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify improvements and streamline procedures.
  • Track service completion and follow up with clients to confirm services were delivered on time.
  • Address issues or concerns in service delivery and elevate as needed to ensure timely resolution and a seamless client experience.
  • Educate business owners on best practices in compliance.
  • Provide clients with access to useful templates and training materials to help manage their company's accounting.
  • Assist with administrative functions related to start‑ups and support other departments as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, International Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced level of English & Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Intermediate Google Apps & Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
  • Prior experience working in a tax or accounting firm is ideal but not required.
