Role Purpose

The Access Management Manager is responsible for the planning and management procedures, practices, and techniques for implementing access management controls in the business, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The security manager is responsible for leading a team of IAMOp specialists who provide access provisioning. This role assesses threats and vulnerabilities regarding critical infrastructure assets and implements safeguards and recommendations. Appropriate tracking of known issues with regular escalation to Business is required.

The role holder coordinates access provisioning (Joiners, Transferees, Leavers), access recertification, automated access workflow enhancements, provides consultation and subject matter expertise to projects on access management issues.

Plans and coordinates the implementation of role management and segregation of duties. Administration of multiple IT platforms (Windows, Unix, IBMi, Mainframe, Databases and PAM tools). Security audits are done and support security audits from internal and external regulators.

  • Administration of multiple IT platforms including Windows, Unix, IBMi, Mainframe, Databases and PAM tools
  • Conduct security audits and support external regulatory audits

  • Meeting PLA/SLA agreements;
  • Solve security issues in production environments that impact business areas;
  • Ability to analyze problems or opportunities from a holistic computing perspective and determine the most effective technical solution to meet local and global standards;

  • Ability to prioritize the team efforts to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing technical environment.
  • Coordinate and support the remediation of key security risks between IT and Business areas
  • Actively participate in Global fora including the Group Access Mngt & GIMS work-groups.
  • Handle performance management of employees and encourage the personal development of all work teams to achieve the goals of the area and financial group.
  • Promote and practice the control measures established by the Group.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately according to the functions described for each area.
  • Establish an effective communication between Business.
  • Manage crisis and hard interactions objectively

  • Should be capable of working effectively with a minimum level of supervision.
  • Appropriate tracking of known issues with regular escalation to technical areas is performed.
  • Security audits are done and support security audits from internal and external regulators
Qualifications

Calificaciones - Externas

  • Degree in Administration area, Engineering or Computer Science (Desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability in one or more security specialisations.
  • 7 years+ experience in given platform / technology (UNIX, Mainframe, AS400, HP Non Stop, windows, IPS, IDS, Hardware Security Modules, Remote Access, Database security, Data Loss Prevention, Lotus Notes, ATMs security, One Time Password security solutions). Specific proven training a plus.
  • Ability to prioritise the work of a team to successfully deliver service to agreed levels and projects to agreed deadlines in a diverse and constantly changing technical environment.
  • Security management across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to adapt and understand new technologies – being self‑motivated to learn
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, communication and report‑writing skills
  • Ability to interact appropriately with users of various technical skill levels
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with users to find the best solution
  • Ability to work in a multi country, culturally diverse and time‑zone separated role.
  • Experience working with Audit, and Compliance requests and procedures.
Experience
  • Crisis response and recovery;
  • Knowledge of risks posed by people and process within the end‑user environment
  • Deep understanding in security management.
  • Excellent working knowledge of security principles (such as authentication, auditing, risk management);
  • Access provisioning and support to users
  • Monitoring, onboarding provisioning and leavers management
  • Knowledge of project planning and management procedures, practices, and techniques.
  • Prepare and conduct effective presentations.
  • Coordinate project activities with diverse groups and individuals.
