PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Manager for Digital Core Modernization (DCM) - SAP Ariba to lead procurement transformation projects. You will analyze client needs, configure SAP modules, manage supplier relations, and guide teams through Source to Pay transformations across geographies.

Strong leadership and communication are required. In this role you will coach team members, ensure quality, and uphold PwC standards while driving innovation and seamless integration of business

Formación

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

• Managing supplier relationships and contract management using SAP Ariba and SAP Vendor Management tools

As a Manager in Digital Core Modernization (DCM) - SAP Ariba, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Procurement module to streamline and automate procurement processes, including purchasing, supplier management, contract management, and inventory management.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
