ALTEN México is seeking an experienced Supervisor / Lead Design to guide a team of design engineers through the full design process, ensuring outputs meet client specifications and industry standards. You will collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions while managing timelines and budgets.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design engineering role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead position.
• Strong knowledge of design software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar CAD tools.
• Experience in leading design projects in Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
