ALTEN Mexico is seeking a talented CFD Engineer ADV to join our team remotely. You will analyze and document CFD workflows, troubleshoot complex models, and develop best practices to optimize simulations.

Expect to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to designs using Ansys Fluent and Star-CCM+. The role requires 5+ years of experience, Linux familiarity, and strong communication in English (B2–C1).

Formación

• 5+ years of professional CFD simulations experience.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems is preferred.
• Ability to analyze airflow and conjugate heat transfer situations.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and document internal modeling and simulation workflows to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex CFD models for end users.
• Develop and share best practices to standardize and optimize simulation processes.
• Perform detailed airflow and conjugate heat transfer analyses for various projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate simulation results into design and development processes.
• Stay up to date with new CFD tools and methodologies to maintain competitiveness.

Your responsabilities will include:

• Analyze and document internal modeling and simulation workflows to ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Professional experience in CFD simulations – Advanced (5+ years)

• Experience with Ansys Fluent – Intermediate (2–5 years)
• Experience with Star-CCM+ – Intermediate (2–5 years)
• Experience with conjugate heat transfer analysis – Intermediate (2–5 years)
• Experience with airflow analysis – Intermediate (2–5 years)
• Experience with preprocessing tools (e.g., ANSA, Hyperworks) – Intermediate (2–5 years)
• Experience with postprocessing tools (e.g., META, Hyperview) – Intermediate (2–5 years)
• Familiarity or experience with Linux operating systems – Intermediate (2–5 years)
