ALTEN MÉXICO is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic projects focused on expanding technology infrastructure across industrial sites. The role involves managing large-scale Greenfield and Brownfield projects, ensuring operational efficiency and coordinating cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in managing industrial projects, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent skills in negotiation and stakeholder management.

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic projects related to the expansion of technology infrastructure across industrial sites.

Job Description

• Lead large-scale Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing expansion projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and execution plans.
• Drive facility expansion, capacity growth, and infrastructure development initiatives.
• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and operational objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Oversee capital investment projects, manufacturing equipment installation, and production line implementation.
• Manage project risks, commissioning activities, startup, and operational handover.
• Lead contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Proven experience leading Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience managing capital projects exceeding $100M.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in manufacturing expansion, facility development, and operational readiness.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
