Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Kuwait City, Kuwait, is seeking a Wellness Manager for a full-time, on-site role to lead the hotel’s comprehensive wellness strategy and guest experiences.

You will design programs spanning fitness, mindfulness and sustainable experiences, coordinating with spa, F&B and rooms divisions to create holistic guest journeys while driving brand-aligned wellness initiatives and events.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement a property-specific wellness strategy aligned with brand standards.
• Design wellness experiences that integrate physical, mental, emotional and environmental well-being.
• Lead cross-department coordination across F&B, housekeeping, spa, recreation and guest rooms.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a schedule of wellness activities (yoga, mindfulness, nature walks, sleep programs, detox packages).
• Partner with spa and fitness teams to deliver signature wellness journeys for guests.
• Oversee wellness events such as retreats, pop-ups and seasonal lifestyle campaigns.
• Incorporate sustainable and local elements into programming (farm-to-table, herbal treatments, eco-hikes).
• Supervise fitness trainers, wellness coaches and external practitioners (yoga instructors, nutritionists).
• Collaborate with Spa Manager, Executive Chef and Rooms Division to align goals and ensure a holistic guest experience.
• Provide wellness training and lifestyle workshops for guests and staff.
• Ensure the wellness spaces function properly, are clean and aesthetically aligned with brand standards.
• Source, manage and evaluate wellness equipment, supplies and technologies.
• Enforce safety, hygiene and brand compliance in all wellness spaces.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to promote wellness offerings to target markets.
