Job summary

Alghanim Industries Visual Merchandiser is responsible for the proper implantation of the planogram and in-store branding materials in the showrooms. The role includes instructing showrooms to clear phase-out articles as per planogram update and making changes to displays to improve customer experience.

You will ensure signage and promotion graphics are highlighted in the right locations, manage supplier stands and branding, and coordinate gondola implementation with showrooms to optimize space.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising and planogramming experience.
• English essential; Arabic preferred.
• Good organizational and self-management under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; planogram software knowledge a plus.

Candidate Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in merchandising and planogramming, preferably in Home Furniture and accessories retail industry.
• Good level of verbal & written communication skills (English essential / Arabic preferred)
• Good organizational and self-management skills under pressure
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office. Planogram software (JDA and others) is a plus.
