Job summary

SOS HR Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser in Kuwait to manage shelf displays, promotional signage, and stock levels across partner outlets. You will ensure displays align with planograms, monitor expiry dates, and maintain neat, compliant selling spaces.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales Executives, updating on promotions, and reporting competitive activities weekly. A valid driving license and 1–2 years merchandising experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience with latest merchandising trends and best practices.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Arrange shelves, setup displays and price/promo signage per company standards.
• Place newly-arrived products and promotions at right shelves to attract customers.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives to ensure correct stock levels.
• Ensure shelves align with space specs agreed with Co-ops/Key Accounts.
• Organize products on shelves using FIFO and monitor expiry dates and quality.
• Display company name and products in designated shelves within Co-ops/Key Accounts.
• Remove expired/damaged products and dispose of them per standards.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of displays following hygiene and safety rules.
• Report issues to Sales Executive for prompt action.
• Provide weekly feedback to supervisor on competitive activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Follow assigned planogram and maintain visibility on shelf and off shelf.
• Daily check of P&E dates for all SKUs and follow FIFO.
• Follow Min Max to maintain outlet stocks.

Job description

The key roles and responsibilities include:

• Arrange shelves, setup displays, setup price and promotional signs for the company products as per the company standards


• Promptly arrange and place newly-arrived products and promotional displays at the right shelves to attract customers


• Coordinate with the Sales Executives to have the right number of products in stock


• Ensure the designated shelves/areas align with the space specifications as agreed with Co-ops/Key Accounts


• Organize products on shelves based on first-in first-out and monitor products expiry dates and quality


• Display the company name and products in the designated shelves/areas within Co-ops/Key Accounts and ensure their proper presentation


• Remove expired/damaged products out of the shelves and ensure that they are disposed of as per the company standard


• Maintain the order and cleanliness of the products display and selling areas following all hygiene and safety requirements


• Report any issues to the Sales Executive to promptly take the required actions


• Provide a weekly feedback to the direct supervisor on all the competitive activities


• Perform any other relevant work assigned by the direct supervisor


• Follow the assigned planogram.


• Maintain the agreed visibility on shelf and off shelf


• Daily checking of the P&E dates of all sku and follow FIFO in displays.


• Follow the advised Min Max to maintain the outlet stocks
