Job summary

Hilton Kuwait is seeking a Government Relations Coordinator to manage visas, renewals, medicals and related licenses, coordinating with government agencies to ensure timely processing and compliance.

You will maintain records, liaise with immigration, health, and ministry offices, and handle applications and renewals for team members and their families. This on-site role supports Hilton's global hospitality leadership in Kuwait.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate visas, renewals, and licenses with government agencies and departments.
• Maintain strong relationships with immigration, health, and ministry offices and other government bodies.
• Keep passport and visa records, tracking expiry dates and renewing before expiry.
• Assist with police, court, immigration and labor-related issues as they arise.
• Process visa applications and cancellations for team members and their families.
