Job summary

SPETCO International in Kuwait is seeking a skilled operations coordinator to support project execution across TSMS, ERP, stores, documentation, and safety compliance. The role emphasizes data accuracy, process discipline, and timely reporting to project management.

You will coordinate field teams, manage documentation packs, and help ensure adherence to HSE and quality standards while maintaining stock and workflow integrity across base, workshop and well-site operations.

Responsibilities

• TSMS handling - Manage the complete TSMS cycle: job submission, ticket submission, invoice submission, Kuwaitization report, and follow-up of pending/rejected items until client approval.
• ERP entries - Enter approved revenue, sales orders, invoices and related operational data in the ERP, and reconcile it against TSMS approved values before month-end closing.
• Stores & inventory - Prepare GRN and MIN, maintain stock records and re-order levels, and control movement of slickline tools and consumables between base, workshop and well sites.
• Documentation & reporting - Maintain job packs, tickets, invoices, LPOs and certificates; issue daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Project Manager and client.
• Operations support - Coordinate crew mobilization, gate passes, site access, and track certification, training and medical validity of project personnel.
• HSE & compliance - Maintain HSE and quality records (like HSE certificate and PME and support internal and client audits.
