Job summary

Weatherford is seeking a TCP Specialist – Wireline to lead and execute Tubing Conveyed Perforating operations. You will plan, prepare, and safely perform TCP tasks, manage explosive and downhole tools, and ensure compliance with HSE and API standards across onshore and offshore sites.

You will guide junior engineers, coordinate with customers and rig teams, and provide accurate documentation and post-job analysis to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of Wireline experience, with TCP operations.
• Strong knowledge of TCP tools, perforating systems, and safety practices.
• Experience with onshore/offshore well completion and perforating projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute TCP operations per approved programs and Weatherford procedures.
• Maintain TCP equipment, guns, firing heads, and downhole tools.
• Ensure explosive materials are handled and stored per regulations.
• Lead pre-job planning, JSAs, and briefings; ensure readiness and documentation.
• Supervise rig-up, testing, and post-job reporting; mentor junior staff.
