Job summary

Ooredoo Group of Companies in Kuwait City seeks a Manager Strategic Business Development to lead partnership strategy, evaluate M&A opportunities, and drive inorganic growth. You will perform financial analyses, build business cases, and coordinate with the Executive Director, Strategy & Corporate Affairs to shape Kuwait’s growth agenda.

The role requires a bachelor's degree (or MBA) in a relevant field, strong analytical skills, and experience in strategic partnerships and ventures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Telecommunications/Business/Strategy related discipline or MBA is required.
• Proven experience in strategic partnerships, M&A, and venture development.
• Strong financial analysis and valuation skills with IRR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute partnership strategy and initiatives to drive growth.
• Lead M&A analysis and value-driven project execution with senior leadership.
• Prepare business cases, financial models and KPI mappings for strategic opportunities.
• Develop pitches and presentations for executive stakeholders and board reviews.
• Manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships and inorganic growth initiatives.
• Support setup of incubator/venture fund and ecosystem development.
