Job summary

Alghanim Industries - Food and Beverage is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the Finance Director in managing the finance analysis function for a specific business. The role combines management leadership with hands-on output, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development to monitor and improve performance.

The successful candidate will partner with business leaders, drive annual budgeting, and provide timely financial guidance to GMs and Directors.

Qualifications

CA/CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent required.
4–8 years of post-qualification finance experience, minimum 1 year as Finance Manager in multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts with excellent analytical ability.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to support financial performance.
Monitor and interpret financial performance; provide insights to GM/Director.
Lead annual budgeting and forecasting with key stakeholders.
Ensure strategic and business plans and reviews are prepared for corporate management.
Play a role in major strategic issues via budgeting and forecasting processes.
Provide timely information on key success factors to management.
Review systems and suggest enhancements; participate in new systems implementation.
Carry out revenue and cost analysis (pricing, profitability) as advised by Director.
Review capex models and manage internal approval processes.
Manage relationships with GM and GGM; provide ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Evaluate new business opportunities through initial modeling.
Direct and coordinate all activities of the financial control function.
Lead and develop a team of analysts.
