Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee on-site teams and take full responsibility for the FM service delivery under the contract. The role includes managing P&L, budgets, and subcontractors while delivering both hard and soft FM services to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in a related field with at least 10 years in facilities management, including 5 years in the GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 10+ years in Facilities Management including 5+ years in the GCC
• NEBOSH or IOSH qualification preferable but not essential
• Ability to manage white- and blue-collar staff on site
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Hard and Soft FM services in compliance with the contract
• Formulate strategies to meet service provision demands and improve cost effectiveness
• Exercise financial and commercial controls within budgets to maximise profitability
• Account management to pro actively develop value for the client
• Manage sub contractors and ensure on-site safety and incident reporting
• Provide accurate operational budgets in coordination with Finance
• Promote health, safety and fire best practices on site
• Support and promote the company's vision and values on site
