Job summary

Hudson Manpower Inc. in Kuwait is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations, coach front-line teams, and uphold brand standards. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staffing, and oversee inventory, reporting, and compliance.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, customer service focus, and the ability to deliver operational excellence in a fast-paced environment with GCC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a QSR, café, fast-food chain, or casual dining restaurant.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for guest experiences.
• Experience with POS, cash handling, inventory management and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure brand standards compliance.
• Lead, coach and develop team members to deliver excellent service and performance.
• Ensure smooth shift execution with proper task allocation and staffing.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly resolve issues.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and store presentation.
• Support training, onboarding and ongoing development of staff.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and wastage minimization.
• Monitor sales, labor productivity and costs to meet targets.
• Ensure health, safety, food hygiene and regulations compliance.
• Prepare daily reports on sales, inventory, cash handling, and staffing.
• Support promotions, marketing campaigns and new product launches.
• Coordinate with management to drive continuous improvement.
