Job summary

Flyper is seeking a Merchandiser for Al-Kuwait to maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure products are readily accessible. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

The role involves selecting merchandise, organizing shelves, rotating stock, and monitoring inventory. Prior experience with POS systems and basic MS Office skills are preferred; a Retail Management certificate/diploma is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Experience with POS systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Carefully selecting merchandise for display.
• Organizing shelves according to company guidelines.
• Rotating stock when necessary.
• Ensuring product availability and consistency on the shelves.
• Refilling shelves as needed.
• Monitoring inventory levels.
• Replenishing stock when necessary.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas of potential improvement.
